  • Collection 06:00 – 09:00

Six days a week, scheduled around checkout.

  • Cycle 24 – 36 hours

Soiled to shelf-ready, not counting Sundays.

  • Counted twice At your door

Signed sheet at pickup, second count at return.

  • Inspection Camera + human

Every finished piece passes a folding-line check.

Every extra hour of turnaround is linen you have to own.

A hotel running 3 PAR is one delayed cycle away from stripping beds that aren't due for a change. Outsourcing adds transit to the loop, so most properties carry 4 PAR or more — capital sitting in a cupboard instead of working.

The lever isn't the per-kilo rate. It's how quickly the same linen comes back. That is the number we design the route around.

Planning figures Widely used hotel benchmarks
Measure Figure What it does to your operation
Linen per occupied room 3 – 5 kg / day Sets your daily volume, route frequency and price band.
PAR level, outsourced 4+ vs 3 in-house Each extra PAR is stock you buy, store and eventually retire.
Turnaround benchmark 24 hours Miss it consistently and housekeeping starts borrowing from tomorrow.
Usable wash life 150 – 250 cycles Bad chemistry and over-drying shorten it quietly, then all at once.

Figures reflect common industry planning ranges for mid-market and boutique properties. We size your actual lot from your count sheet, not a formula.

Bed, bath, table, and everything the kitchen ruins.

Hotel linen only works as one system. A perfect bedsheet and a grey bath towel still read as a tired room, so we process the whole property on programs built for each fabric.

  • Bed linen

Sheets, duvet covers, pillowcases, bed runners. Flatwork ironed, folded to your room standard, stacked by floor on request.

    Cotton · poly-cotton · linen
  • Terry

Bath towels, hand towels, face cloths, bath mats, pool towels. Low-alkali program to protect pile and absorbency.

    White · coloured · pool
  • F&B linen

Tablecloths, napkins, banquet cloths, skirting. Stains treated by type before washing; no chlorine on coloured cloth.

    Banquet · restaurant · bar
  • Chef whites & uniforms

Kept separate from guest linen on a heavier soil program. Collar, cuff and button check before packing.

Kitchen · front office · housekeeping
  • Spa & wellness

Robes, treatment linen and soft goods. Packed by treatment room so the spa doesn't re-sort what we just folded.

Robes · wraps · treatment beds

Guest dry cleaning, leather and heavily beaded items we don't take. If we can't do something well, we'll say so before you send it.

One loop, five handoffs, one count sheet.

Your housekeeping team shouldn't have to chase a laundry. Each handoff is timed, counted and signed, so a discrepancy is caught the same day instead of at month-end.

  1. 06:00 – 09:00

    Collect

Weighed and counted at your door, in front of your staff. Signed sheet and a photo of the lot before it leaves.

  2. 09:30

    Sort & pre-treat

Stains classified — ink, oil, wine, rust, blood — and treated by type. Damaged pieces pulled before they hit the wash.

  3. 10:00 – 16:00

    Wash & finish

Programmed by fabric and soil level. Flatwork ironed, terry tumble-finished, uniforms pressed on hangers.

  4. 16:00

    Inspect & pack

Camera check at the folding line, human re-check on anything flagged. Packed by item type and floor.

  5. 17:00 – 07:00

    Return

Dropped into your linen room, counted again, signed off. Dashboard updated before the van leaves the gate.

We check the linen, not just the water.

Chemicals get most of the attention. Most complaints come from what nobody looked at — a stain that set in the dryer, a tear that becomes a 2am call to housekeeping.

  • Camera inspection on the folding line: stains, holes, tears, creases, residual moisture.
  • Everything flagged gets a second look by a person, then rewashed, retired, or returned with a note.
  • A QC summary per lot in your dashboard: pass count, flagged pieces, photos.
  • End-of-life items flagged so replacement spend goes where it's needed, not into whole new sets.
  • Chemical dosing by program; safety data sheets available for your HSE file.

AI-assisted, human-decided. The camera narrows 400 pieces down to five; a person decides what happens to those five.

What happens to a flagged piece

  • Stain

One re-wash on a stronger program. Still visible: retired and credited.

  • Tear / hole

Pulled from circulation with a photo. No patched linen goes back on a bed.

  • Grey / thin

Flagged for replacement planning, still returned to service.

Sample view. Your dashboard shows only your property's lots.

See the lot, not a support ticket.

Log in once and you'll see what we collected, what's in the wash, what's on the van, and when it lands. Counts, weights and flags stay attached to the lot — so a missing pillowcase is a line item, not an argument.

  • Live status and arrival estimate for every lot.
  • Piece counts and weight, pickup versus return.
  • Flagged and retired items with photos.
  • Monthly volume and cost-per-occupied-room export for your P&L.
  • Unlimited seats — give housekeeping and finance their own login.

Priced on what you actually send.

Linen mix and route density decide the rate, so we quote after one visit rather than publish a number that doesn't apply to you. What we won't do is bury delivery, fuel or handling in the fine print.

Trial route

2 weeks

One floor or one outlet, processed on the standard route so you can compare it with what you run now.

  • Same collection and return standards
  • Dashboard access from day one
  • Count and QC report at the end

Multi-property

By contract

For groups, resorts and management companies running several linen rooms.

  • Consolidated invoice, per-property reporting
  • Linen-room audit and PAR planning
  • Peak-season capacity reserved in advance

How the invoice works

No line items you didn't agree to.

  • Clean, dry weight. You're not paying for water leaving your building.
  • Collection and delivery included. No fuel surcharge, no per-stop fee.
  • Counts settled in 24 hours. Missing pieces are credited, not carried forward.
  • No setup fee. Rolling monthly after the first eight weeks; 30 days' notice.

The honest trial

Try one floor for two weeks.

Most laundry decisions get made by a housekeeping manager with a stopwatch, not a procurement deck. Send us one floor's linen for 14 days and compare it against what you run now — same rooms, same occupancy, same week.

Book the trial

We'll need: room count, current linen volume, and a gate code.

The things procurement asks on the second call.

What's the minimum volume?

One route stop. Most properties start around 60–80 kg a day. If you're smaller than that, we'll tell you honestly whether the route works — a bad stop costs us both money.

Do we have to sign a long contract?

No lock-in for the first eight weeks. After that it's a rolling monthly agreement with 30 days' notice. Multi-property groups usually prefer an annual rate, but it isn't a condition.

What happens if the counts don't match?

Both counts happen in front of your staff and are signed. Any difference is logged in the dashboard the same day and credited on the next invoice. Repeated losses trigger a route review, not a form letter.

What about lost or damaged linen?

We reimburse at replacement cost, depreciated by wash life, against the count sheet. Items that reach end of life are flagged with a photo so you can retire them deliberately instead of discovering it during turndown.

Which chemicals do you use? Any allergen concerns?

Industrial detergents, dispensed and dosed per program. Low-alkali for terry, oxygen bleach for whites, no chlorine on coloured F&B linen, and a soft-finish rinse on guest-facing items. Safety data sheets are shared before your first pickup.

Can we keep our own linen?

Yes. This is a laundry service, not a linen-hire contract. You keep ownership, we process what you send. If you want help auditing your PAR before committing, we'll do that too.

How do you handle peak season?

We reserve capacity for contracted properties before taking ad-hoc work. Tell us your peak weeks at signing, and the route is planned around them rather than around whoever calls last.

Do you serve properties outside Jodhpur?

Routes start inside the city and reach outward as density allows — the ring road, Mandore side and the highway corridor first. If you are further out, send your pin code with the enquiry and we will tell you honestly whether a stop works.

Tell us what you send.

One visit is usually enough to quote. Send the form and we reply with a route slot and a per-kg band — normally within 2–3 business days.

What would make you switch laundry vendors?

Optional. Tick as many as apply.

We reply within 2–3 business days with a route slot and a per-kg band. No sales sequence.
