This note explains what we collect through this website and what we do with it. It covers the enquiry form only; operational data collected during a laundry contract is governed by the service agreement.
What we collect
When you send the quote form: property name, your name, role, email, phone number, city or pin code, current setup, room count and any notes you write. Our form provider also records the time of submission and basic technical data used for spam filtering.
Why we collect it
To reply to your enquiry, size a route and prepare a quote. If you become a customer, we use the same details to run collections, returns and account support. We do not sell or rent enquiry data, and we do not add you to a marketing list because you asked for a quote.
Who processes it
Form submissions are delivered through Formspree and read by our operations team. Our website is hosted by a static hosting provider, which may log standard request data such as IP address and browser type. Fonts are served from this site, not a third-party font service.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that don't become contracts are deleted within 12 months. Customer operational records — lot counts, weights, QC flags and invoices — are kept for the period required by tax and contract law.
Your choices
You can ask us to correct or delete your enquiry data at any time by sending a new enquiry through the contact form on the main page, marked "data request". If you are a customer, contact your route manager and we'll handle it through the account.
Cookies
This site sets no tracking or advertising cookies. The dashboard, once you have an account, uses a session cookie to keep you signed in.
